MEET NISHA

The Uneccessary Details

01.

Scottie is my first baby and as such she is incredibly naughty and spoiled. As my youngest son succinctly puts it, "Scottie is the best and the worst. She is a good dog."

02.

I am obsessed with the smell of coffee- who isn't? Here's the thing though- I can't drink anything more than a Cafe Mocha (blasphemous for a millenial, I know). Oh, and I don't drink tea either. A glass of water will do just fine.

03.

I am an Ambivert which means I am someone who exhibits qualities of both introversion and extroversion, and can flip into either depending on my mood, context, and goals.

The Making of

The Growth Architect

Growing up as a first generation Canadian, I witnessed the true meaning of patience, hard work and sacrifice. My large, close-knit family encouraged me to pursue education as if it were a hobby. I made calculated decisions and adjustments to satisfy all of my curiosities. Through trial and error, I began to meet and better understand myself. Most importantly (and quite accidentally) I learned how to condense these meaningful lessons for those under my care so that we could operate more efficiently.
With a clear vision for my lifestyle, I challenged myself to maximize every opportunity to the fullest by building up my confidence, communication and leadership skills. Once I had outgrown these organizations, I found it very difficult to leave. I had become deeply connected to my teammates. My ability to create and manage relationships had a huge hand in my success, and naturally made it easy to show up for work, even on the days I anticipated hardship. Being proficient in the role was one thing, showing up for others is what brought me true joy. I quickly learned that my peace would be found in partnering with those around me and looking out for the person right next to me.

Evolve

or

Repeat

On the continued pursuit of my purpose, I stepped out of my comfort zone once more. Leaning into my frequent and fulfilling role as a mentor, I decided to study the art of Life Coaching. What better way to serve my community, than to combine my ability to hold space for others with my productive habits and progressive mindset.

As a Success Coach, through motivational interviewing, l help my clients:

  • Make meaningful observations about thought patterns & obstacles
  • Gain clarity and focus
  • Elevate their perspective
  • Tap into their resourcefulness to create a realistic action plan
  • Take measurable steps toward end goals

Ultimately, my clients begin to assess their personal response patterns and alter their mindset. With new perspective, they can approach their life with an elevated thinking.

What's more, is that coaching is the gift that keeps giving. As my clients do the work and show up in their own life as a powerful force, it only creates a positive ripple effect around them and who knows how far that reach is. All it takes is for one person to decide they want their quality of life to improve and the impact will be exponential.

That’s why I am here. I want to make a difference in the minds of the change makers. My mission as The Growth Architect is to help young professionals utilize the blue print that they have successfuly developed and invite them to re-design the aspects that no longer serve them. This will allow them to construct the life they are meant for. I challenge you to stop playing small and ask for more. Can you dedicate yourself to accelerating your career growth and increasing your self-awareness so that you can show up as the best version of yourself year over year? Are you willing to put in the work? I will be right by your side as you pursue the Better You.
