An intimate brunch designed to bring women together in reflection and reconnection. The Heart Work invites guests to turn inward and honor the journey of who they’ve become; exploring love not as sentiment, but as a quiet force of strength.
Each element of the experience is created to awaken curiosity, compassion, and honest conversation. Guests are asked to bring a photo of their younger selves - what they’ll do with it will unfold at the table.
Through thoughtful prompts, intentional design, and moments of reflection, The Heart Work becomes a morning that is both deeply personal and beautifully collective.
The Vibe
A social-yet-soulful mood where getting dressed up is part of the ritual- showing up not to impress others but to honour yourself. Guests mingle easily, share openly, and connect with others who value meaningful conversation and inner awareness.

The Manor Loft is a beautifully curated event space in Toronto, designed for intimate gatherings, creative experiences, and intentional hosting. With warm textures, natural light, and versatile styling, the venue offers an inviting canvas for meaningful events. Their team specializes in creating atmosphere - the kind that feels effortless, personal, and unforgettable.
Poesy
Poesy is Canada’s first experiential writing agency, transforming words into meaningful shared moments. Through live typewriter poetry, creative workshops, and immersive literary experiences, Poesy creates emotional connection and celebration through writing. Founded by Daniella Zanchi, the work is equal parts art, presence, and conversation.

The Women's Centre
In partnership with The Women’s Centre of Halton, guests will contribute to a meaningful act of kindness that uplifts women navigating new chapters of their own.
